My Story

I am a Psychotherapist, CBT Therapist, Counsellor & Coach working with individuals, families and organisations providing person-centred & solution focus treatment.
I combine decades of financial services experience with practical guidance in collaboration with you.
I have previously worked in a variety of settings including, finance, education, health, hospitality, leisure, property, construction, motor, agricultural, manufacturing & retail sectors.
An advocate for cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), wellness, and financial and educational coaching. I believe you learn something new every day. I have worked with a wide variety of people to help them achieve specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timed goals.
I tried to be optimistic about life and the future, with a good sense of humor.
We all at some time in our life wake up one morning and ask what is it all about. I knew that day had come, time to make a decision, and create a shift. We are so busy living that we don’t see that we are only existing and not living. I felt trapped some years ago in my working environment. I had to break away for the sake of my mental well-being. Choose a different path. That day I took a leap of faith and never looked back. I learned all sorts of lessons on my journey. Creating such adventures, there have been highs and lows, but no regrets. I did it, and so can you!
I am empathic and approachable and will work by your side. I have lots of experience in life difficulties and have found ways to cope and develop tools to help me manage the majority of crises that have arisen, while successfully raising her family. I attribute my success and ability to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks at once.

I have worked with clients struggling through difficult times. Financial strain and pressures, death of a loved one, sudden unemployment, coping with stress in everyday life, loneliness and many more eventful situations.
